​The versatile Frenchman was runner-up in the stallion performance test in 1999, where he achieved high points in the dressage as well as in the jumping category. Frenchman is bred out of a very consolidated dam line. His granddam Goldlady was a highly decorated broodmare and achieved outstanding results at several national mare shows. He is a big-framed, expressive sire with effective, well-shaped shoulders, back and croup. Highest evaluation of all three basic gaits as well as excellent rideability are strong points. Frenchman has inherited his sire, Falkland's,  excellent personality and willingness to perform.
